The pay rate is determined by your skill level and experience with a minimum pay rate of $25 (for labourers with prior experience) and a maximum of $35 (NZQF Level 4).
Successful applicants will be invited in for an interview to chat about the role, your aspirations and your career development. Photos of your previous work and a reference from a previous customer or employer is essential. Our work is at the top end of the market and we are very keen to attract the very best craftsman in Wellington to join our very skilled landscaping team.

Here's a little bit more about the jobs and the attributes of the people we are looking for ...
- 44 hours per week (plus weekend work if desired )
- 7:30am start Monday to Friday
- 5:00pm finish except Friday where we finish up at 4pm
- Sociable, fun and positive workplace
- A great can-do attitude is a must
- Tools and vehicle provided for Foreman and Team Leaders
- Competitive hourly rate plus 3 % Kiwi Saver
Here's a list of the variety of tasks you will be doing based on your experience (but not limited to) ...
- Setting out and installing hardscape and softscape structures
- Constructing gravel, concrete and paved areas, retaining walls, fences, decks, trellises, pergolas and BBQ areas
- Planting
- Preparing lawn areas by spreading topsoil and planting grass, and by laying instant turf
- Installing irrigation systems
- Ensure that the coordination of customer expectations and arrangements are communicated to Project Managers efficiently and effectively.
- Read and interpret construction documentations and ensure the quality of workmanship meets the drawings and specification requirements
- Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment
